Official Rules: SaveUp Monthly Prize Drawing
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or use of reward points does not increase your chances of winning.
1. SPONSOR
The SaveUp Monthly Prize Drawing (“Promotion”) is sponsored by 4Site LLC, 7549 N Oakley Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60645, United States (“Sponsor”). The Promotion relates to reward points earned within SaveUp Game, which uses simulated virtual currency only. If SaveUp later introduces additional promotions tied to SaveUp Live (real-money features), those promotions will be governed by separate or updated Official Rules.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older, comply with the SaveUp Terms of Use, and submit a valid entry during an Entry Period. Participants ages 13–17 must participate with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, or of a sponsoring school, nonprofit organization, employer, or financial-wellness partner program, where applicable. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
Each monthly drawing period (“Entry Period”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on the first day of each calendar month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day of that calendar month. Sponsor’s system clock is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. A separate random drawing occurs after each Entry Period.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter the Promotion using either of two equal methods. No purchase, payment, or use of reward points is required to enter. A. Entry Using Reward Points (Optional Method) Participants may earn reward points by engaging with educational and app-based activities inside the SaveUp mobile application (“App”). Once a participant accumulates at least 5,000 reward points, those points may be used to submit an entry within the App during an active Entry Period. Reward points have no cash value, are promotional in nature, are not transferable, are not required to enter the Promotion, and do not increase the odds of winning. Participants may always enter using the Free Alternate Method of Entry described below instead of using reward points. B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) Participants may enter the Promotion without using reward points or engaging in any in-app activity. To enter, send an email to info@saveupnow.biz with the subject line “SaveUp Monthly Prize Drawing Entry,” including your full name, city and state of residence, the email address associated with your SaveUp account (if applicable), and the statement: “I request entry into the SaveUp Monthly Prize Drawing without using reward points.” Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per Entry Period. AMOE entries receive equal odds of winning as entries submitted using reward points. Incomplete or late submissions may be disqualified.
5. ENTRY LIMITS
Unless otherwise stated inside the App, each qualifying reward-point entry equals one entry, and each AMOE submission equals one entry per Entry Period. Automated entries are prohibited and void. Sponsor reserves the right to limit entries as necessary to maintain fairness and integrity.
6. PRIZES
Prize descriptions and approximate retail values (“ARV”) will be displayed inside the SaveUp App or in Promotion materials. Prizes are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash unless stated, and may be substituted with prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Use of reward points does not improve the odds of winning.
8. WINNER SELECTION
Winners are selected in a random drawing conducted shortly after the close of each Entry Period, by Sponsor or its designated administrator. Potential winners may be required to confirm eligibility, verify identity, and provide delivery contact information. Failure to respond within a reasonable time may result in forfeiture, in which case an alternate winner may be selected.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified by email or in-app notification. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, inactive accounts, or technical delivery failures.
10. TAX RESPONSIBILITIES
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with a prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.
11. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the SaveUp Terms of Use, manipulates entry systems, attempts automated participation, or submits misleading information. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if its fairness or integrity is compromised.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, connectivity interruptions, lost or misdirected entries, unauthorized account access, or delayed transmissions. Participation in the Promotion constitutes agreement to release Sponsor from liability related to Promotion participation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. PRIVACY
Information collected during participation in the Promotion is governed by the SaveUp Privacy Policy, available at www.saveupnow.biz/privacy-policy.
15. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Google, or Amazon. Amazon gift cards, where offered, are used as prizes only, and Amazon is not a sponsor of this Promotion.
16. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules, and to suspend, cancel, or terminate the Promotion, if technical or administrative issues compromise its integrity. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final.
17. GOVERNING LAW
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes arising from the Promotion are resolved according to the dispute-resolution provisions of the SaveUp Terms of Use.
18. WINNER LIST REQUEST
To request a winner list, email info@saveupnow.biz with the subject line “SaveUp Monthly Prize Drawing Winner Request” within sixty (60) days after the applicable drawing.
